The Ball Goblins hosted their first-ever Old School Tournament on Sunday, April 26, 2026, featuring a lineup of classic electromechanical (EM) machines along with a few early solid-state games. Even with the Mid-Atlantic Pinball Open taking place the same weekend, the Goblin EM tournament drew an impressive turnout! It was great to see so many familiar faces, along with several newcomers joining the competition.
Goblin King Jason served as tournament director, keeping the event running smoothly while providing his trademark entertaining commentary throughout the day.
After many fierce head-to-head EM battles, the field of 24 players was narrowed to eight finalists. The remaining competitors battled it out in a strike knockout format to determine who would claim Goblin EM glory.
