The BGPO would like to extend their sincerest thanks to the greater Philadelphia pinball community and celebrate their support of the inaugural Goblin Sanctioned event MACHINE SHOP MADNESS! We blew the roof off the place in an amazing fundraiser event in partnership with Frank’s Super Game-o-Rama and the Glenside Machine Shop, with nearly 70 people showing up for the party and a whopping 38 people in attendance our first IFPA tournament. To say that’s amazing is an understatement – we simply couldn’t have done it without you believing in us every step of the way and we sincerely thank you for the support!!

The event was two days of what’s best about pinball – awesome machines, immaculate vibes, cutthroat competition, and amazing people. It kicked off with the SKATE OR DIE WIZARD SHREDFEST which went late into the night and featured 100 grilled glizzies, more high lives than you can shake a stick at, and wizard mode aspirations. Alas, Skate or Die didn’t make it through the whole night, but spirits remained high and the party didn’t stop.

During the tournament, the gloves came off and the sharks came out. The killers were out for blood and the games were tight, but in the end the Goblins came out on top securing the top 3 positions. In addition during the event, Goblin King Apple was pleased to announce the signing of a new major acquisition to the BGPO, Goblin Warlock, who went on to secure a second place victory in the field of play.

What’s next for the Ball Goblins and the BGPO? It’s clear – the demand is in the air and the hype is real. Wheels are in motion and if rumors are to believed, it is going to be a hot summer for the Goblins this year…
