The Ball Goblin Pinball Org hosted its inaugural Split Flipper Supreme Tournament at the Machine Shop on Saturday, February 21, 2026. 26 players participated with 13 teams battling it out for Goblin glory! Players came up with creative and amusing team names including “Justina”, “Z Brothers”, “James and His Mom”, “I Dunno”, “1 Finger Salute”, “E Plurbis Unum”, “The Mega Minors”, “Helping Handies”, “Flippin Soulmates”, “The Knuckleheads”, “Perfect Strangers”, “Show us your TILTS”, and “Kevin’s Awesome Parents”. Teams battled it out for 10 rounds, with a tiebreaker round needed due to three teams tied for second.

The winning teams were as follows: 1st-Perfect Strangers, 2nd-James and His Mom, and 3rd-The Knuckleheads.

Players had a great time and loved shouting “Banzai” towards the end of the evening when they were placed on Banzai Run. One round took a little longer due to a machine shutting down in the middle of the game, to which we announced an apology and told everyone to “blame it on Barry O’s!”
